Modern Ranch

This Modern Ranch remodel was a complete transformation from the original 1960's paneled ranch. The owner was looking for a lot big enough for a pool in downtown Templeton to be close to her family. The lot was amazing, a block from the downtown park, steps from family and a 1/2 acre leaving plenty of room for a pool for the grand kids. We took the house down to studs and rebuilt. In the process giving it new life as an open concept modern ranch that can entertain many more people than the size suggests. Key features that needed to be included were: A kitchen that would work for baking, a Liebherr refrigerator, open concept to entertain with a large view of the pool, and a master suite that included a freestanding tub and two sided fireplace.
